Professional experience

Since 2016, he has been a member of the UNI/CT042/SC01/GL01 and ISO/TC/199/WG5 working groups, which are developing the regulatory document entitled “General principles for the design of machinery and risk assessment”. He acts as a consultant for Italian associations of machinery and equipment manufacturers and serves as a speaker at numerous seminars, courses, and conferences on contracts, product liability, machinery safety, and technical regulations. He is an expert in product documentation, specifically in drafting and reviewing technical and product manuals, and is the author of numerous publications. Furthermore, he specializes in contracts, safety, organization, and management within the amusement park industry. He also participated in a legal board composed of jurists, magistrates, and lawyers which—together with a team of medical-scientific specialists and the participation of disability and amusement park associations—drafted a guideline for the accessibility and usability of amusement parks for people with special needs. This guideline was completed in April 2014 and is entitled “A Ride for All”.
