Antonio de Capoa, Founding Partner of Studio Legale De Capoa, is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Court of Cassation) and the Higher Courts. He specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, International Trade Law, Export Control and Dual-Use Regulations, European Union Law, Customs Law, Intellectual Property Law, Industrial Law and Antitrust, Islamic Law, and Islamic Finance.
He is and has been a legal adviser to several Italian and foreign industrial associations and chambers of commerce. He served as President of the Italian-Libyan Chamber of Commerce and as Lecturer in International Organizations at the Carlo Bo University of Bologna.

He is President of Promeuropa; accredited consultant to the African Development Bank; member of the Advisory Board of Arkios Investment Bank in London; founder and partner of Farest S.p.A., a consulting and assistance company owned by Simest (an institute controlled by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti); and member of the Board of Directors of the Fondazione Forense Bolognese. He is the author of 100 publications – including 9 monographs and numerous essays – and has been a speaker at over 400 seminars and conferences. He is a regular contributor to the magazines Fiscalità e Commercio Internazionale, Guida al Diritto and Guida Normativa, published by Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer and Il Sole24Ore respectively.
