Distribution Contract in Uganda
Ugandan law does not provide for a specific discipline for the distribution contract. However, it will be possible to refer to the contractual law; however, being an atypical case, it will be necessary for the parties in the formation of the agreement to specify as much as possible the contractual aspects and terms, as required by other common law systems.
